Performance at 150th Anniversary Celebrations of Church of St. John the Divine

Hexaphone present a lively and varied programme of music celebrating the 150th anniversary of St. John’s Anglican Church. Inspired by The British Colonist of February 21st, 1860, Hexaphone will present readings from the newspaper edition and sing historical and modern works appropriate to the stories and issues of the day. Hexaphone will also perform BC 150: Five songs for British Columbia celebrating BC’s 150th anniversary. Music by Raminsh, Brahms, Cornelius and Whitacre will fill this lovely church for a special afternoon—part of a season of concerts at St John’s.
